Refund policy

You can return any unopened DermaOil product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Returns within 30 days

To be accepted, the product must be unused, unopened and in its original sealed packaging. Please email hello@dermaoil.uk with your order number before you send anything back. Returns should then be sent to: DermaOil Returns, Hubd Fulfilment Ltd, Unit B Radnor Business Park, Back Lane, Congleton, Cheshire, CW12 4XJ.

You are responsible for the cost of return postage, unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item. We recommend a tracked service, as we cannot refund items that do not reach us.

Your right to cancel

Under UK law you can cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Email hello@dermaoil.uk to tell us you want to cancel, then return the product within 14 days of telling us.

For hygiene reasons, this right to cancel does not apply to a product once its seal has been opened.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, or is not what you ordered, email hello@dermaoil.uk within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or give a full refund, including any return postage.

Refunds

Once we have received and checked your return, we will refund your original payment method within 14 days. Your bank or card provider may take a few more days to show the refund.

Skin reactions

If you have a reaction to the product, stop using it and email hello@dermaoil.uk so we can help.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Shipping policy

Delivery is free on all UK orders.

Where we deliver

We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only.

Dispatch and delivery times

Orders are dispatched within 24 hours on working days. Delivery normally takes 2 to 3 working days after dispatch. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

You will receive an email when your order has been dispatched.

Coming soon

DermaOil is launching in the UK soon and is not yet available to order. Delivery times will apply from our launch date.

Missing or delayed orders

If your order has not arrived within 10 working days of your dispatch email, contact hello@dermaoil.uk with your order number and we will look into it.

Incorrect address

Please check your delivery address carefully before you order. We cannot change the address once an order has been dispatched.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you an email confirming that your order has been dispatched. We may decline an order, for example if a product is out of stock or there is an error in the price or description. If we do, we will refund any payment you have made.

You must be 18 or over to place an order.

Prices and payment

All prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where it applies. Payment is taken when you place your order. We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already confirmed.

Delivery and returns

Delivery is covered by our Shipping policy and returns by our Refund policy. Both form part of these terms.

Using our products

DermaOil is a cosmetic product for external use only. Always read the label and follow the directions for use. We recommend a patch test before first use. If irritation occurs, stop using the product. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding or have a skin condition and are unsure, ask a healthcare professional before use.
